My sister could possibly be my favorite person to photograph. It could be because of her flawless skin tone or her camera ready personality, but whatever it may be, the camera loves her. We were downtown on Pier 6 last week and snapped a few pictures. The yellow chairs that the city added to the pier are so cute!
This past weekend my mother took a trip down to Portland, Oregon and on her last day of the trip, she came across a husband and wife from Louisiana who currently resides in Portland, selling their baked goods. My mother being the southern woman that she is was drawn to this couples baked goods because of their incorporation of Sweet Potatoes in to their recipes. She picked up some cupcakes and a Sweet Potato Pie (one of her favorite desserts) to bring home.
The icing on the cupcake is light and the natural sweetness of the potatoes made it not as heavy as white sugar would’ve made it. The pie was sweet and the crust was thin and flakey. Yum!
If you’re in the Portland area check ‘em out!
“Shaad’s Big Ass Ciroc Party” attracted club goers from all across the city. As the guests entered the venue, they were greeted with the thumping bass of today’s top Rap singles and immedietly started dancing. The gentlemen came looking rather dapper and the ladies were polished with stilletos and makeup. From the look of the photos that I snapped, its evident that everyone had a good time.
The Holidays brought on a lot of good food but what would the holidays be without a little bit of dessert?
A few weeks ago I met up with a co-worker to snap some pictures of her and her children for some holiday cards she was sending out. It went really well & the photos turned out beautifully!
I did this shoot a while ago but didn’t have the chance to post anything about it until now. It was such an amazing experience to be apart of this night. Bartenders were competing to see who could come up with the perfect Manhattan. The guests were really nice & I got to meet a lot of interesting people.
My first album cover! The photo of the three of them that’s featured on the cover of their album, “Ziploc Hip-Hop”, is a sketch of one of my photos. It really meant a lot to me that they chose to use one of the photos I took of them during our photoshoot. Thanks guys!
After dropping this album, the group was featured online in the Seattle Times, where another one of my photos was used. You can read the article here.
